01 Administrative Position
Location:Bangkok
Key Responsibilities:
Manage reception and visitor services, greet visitors and guide them to the appropriate department or meeting room.
Organize and prepare internal and external meetings, including booking meeting rooms, preparing meeting materials and arranging seating. Record meeting minutes and distribute meeting summaries.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
Maintain a list of fixed assets, conduct regular audits and disposal processes to ensure accuracy and completeness. Assist in purchasing, receiving and distributing assets.
Manage office supplies, including planning purchases, distributing supplies and maintaining inventory levels.
Promote internal communication, ensure accurate dissemination of information and timely feedback. Coordinate inter-departmental work and promote teamwork.
Assist foreign teachers in teaching preparation, confirm foreign teachers' class time, and arrange class schedules. Keep in touch with parents and provide feedback on students' English learning.
Perform temporary tasks assigned by superiors, such as participating in company event preparations or assisting in market research.
Qualifications:
Thai nationality, with good professional ethics and teamwork spirit.
Education: Bachelor degree
Language: Chinese, English and Thai
Have good communication and coordination skills and problem-solving skills, and be able to properly handle emergencies and customer complaints
Familiar with office software operation, preferably with work experience in the education industry
No illegal or disciplinary behavior and any bad records;

Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for teaching English to Chinese students, formulating teaching plans and implementing them.
Pay attention to students' learning progress, provide personalized guidance and support.

Complete other temporary tasks assigned by superiors.
Qualifications:
Native English teachers are preferred
Non-native English teachers with overseas education experience are preferred
English teachers with teaching experience in Bangkok International School are preferred
At least 3 years of English teaching experience, familiar with English teaching methods and techniques.
Good communication and teamwork skills.

03 Bangkok Translation Specialist
Location:Bangkok
Key Responsibilities:
1.Accompany clients to handle various matters, including but not limited to visiting international schools, applying for visas, etc.
2.Provide professional Chinese-English or Chinese-Thai translation services to ensure smooth communication with clients.
3.Promptly answer clients' questions about studying abroad, life, etc., and provide professional advice.
4.Maintain close communication with the company team and provide timely feedback on client needs and issues.
Qualifications:
1.Thai nationals who are fluent in Thai, Chinese and English;
2.Chinese living in Thailand who are fluent in Thai, Chinese and English
3.Have good professionalism and service awareness, and be able to serve clients patiently and meticulously.
4.Be familiar with Bangkok's local transportation, education, visa and other related policies and procedures.
5.Have strong organizational coordination and emergency handling capabilities, and be able to properly handle various emergencies.

04 New Media Specialist (Part-time/Full-time)

Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for the operation and promotion of overseas social media accounts, event planning;
Utilize Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Instagram, Tiktok and other social media platforms to promote the company's products, establish effective operational methods to increase followers, improve visibility, and enhance product recognition and user reputation;
Regularly and continuously develop new cooperation with influencers, establish long-term and stable media cooperation relationships, and maintain cooperative relationships with high-quality media websites and KOLs;
Have a deep understanding of community operations, and can continuously track and summarize various data of influencers;
Have unique operational maintenance ideas and innovative breakthrough ideas;
Proficient in using various video editing software;
Capable of independently completing video shooting work.
Job Requirements:
