Episode 6 | Follow Senior Taylor’s School Tour: Bangkok & Pattaya Campus Visit Group Successfully Concluded

Over three days, we accompanied multiple families from China to visit a host of renowned international schools across Thailand. Through on-campus tours, face-to-face discussions with admissions teams and immersive experience of daily school life, parents gained comprehensive insights into each school’s educational philosophy, curriculum framework and campus culture.

For many families, school selection involves far more than comparing curricula and tuition fees. It is more important to assess whether a school is truly a good fit for their children. During this tour, parents exchanged ideas, made constant comparisons and reflected deeply, forming clearer visions for their children’s future education plans.

Day 1 | Wycombe Abbey International School Bangkok

Our first stop was Wycombe Abbey International School Bangkok.Led by the school’s admissions team, parents toured the campus and learned about learning environments, curriculum offerings and facilities, building an intuitive understanding of the school’s educational mission.

In the afternoon, we returned to Senior Taylor’s Bangkok office and hosted a sharing session for relocating families. The session drew entirely on real-life accompanying experience. Veteran accompanying grandparents, Eva’s grandma and grandpa, shared four years of living in Thailand. They held in-depth discussions covering differences between Chinese and overseas education, accompanying parent life, family adaptation, children’s growth and overseas daily living, and offered plenty of valuable tips. An interactive Q&A session followed, enabling families planning to relocate to Thailand to understand potential challenges ahead and deepen their knowledge of overseas education and life.

Day 2 | Wellington College, DBS Denla & Middleton International School

On Day 2, we visited Wellington College International School Bangkok, DBS Denla British School and Middleton International School Bangkok in sequence.

At Wellington College, the school provided refreshments and light meals for visiting families. The admissions team delivered a detailed introduction to the curriculum, campus highlights and admission procedures, reserving ample time for open dialogue.

Next, we arrived at DBS Denla British School, where warm welcome refreshments were also prepared. The team systematically presented the school’s curriculum features, language support, academic pathways, co-curricular development and university guidance. Admissions staff patiently addressed widely raised questions regarding admission preparation for senior-year students, language transition and curriculum adaptation.

In the afternoon, we toured Middleton International School Bangkok. While showing families around campus, the admissions team elaborated on the school’s educational philosophy and learning support system. During interactions with younger children, the teachers’ gentle, natural approach helped parents recognise the school’s emphasis on individual growth and child-centred development.

Day 3 | Rugby School Thailand & Regents International School Pattaya

On the final day, we visited Rugby School Thailand and Regents International School Pattaya, wrapping up this campus tour journey.

At Rugby School Thailand, the Head of Admissions personally guided the group around campus, introducing the curriculum, campus management, boarding life, co-curricular activities and university counselling.

During conversations, the school principal shared stories of his own children studying on campus, alongside the school’s student-centred educational philosophy. He patiently responded to questions about school selection timelines, admission schedules and curriculum adaptation, helping families form a holistic view of the school.

We then headed to Regents International School Pattaya. Led by Ms Mary, families enjoyed a full campus tour. The team explained the curriculum and learning support programmes, with special focus on the school’s distinctive learning support initiatives, helping several families with older children clarify their admission roadmap.

Campus visits are an indispensable part of school selection. We toured six schools across three days, each with distinct educational philosophies, campus culture and development focuses.

By engaging in direct conversations and stepping foot inside campuses, parents can obtain authentic, first-hand information. Combined with their children’s personalities and needs, they are better positioned to identify environments that support long-term growth.

Moving forward, we will continue organising high-quality international school tour events. We aim to build direct communication bridges between families and schools, helping every household make well-informed educational decisions tailored to their children.

We look forward to exploring more campuses with you next time.
